This on-demand course provides an in-depth review of HL7 v2.5.1 unsolicited vaccination record update (aka VXU) messages and how they are used to exchange immunization information between immunization information systems (IIS) and other health information systems.

The goal of this course is to help orient new informaticians to the HL7 V2 message structure and take a deep dive into message content.
